On Saturday, June 6, parishioners of Holy Martyr Peter the Aleut Orthodox Church in Calgary, Alberta attended a special service to mark the occasion of moving into the building of the Anglican parish of St Mark and St Philip, which they are leasing from the local Anglican diocese. For the near future, the parishes will share the space, while continuing to operate independently.

Holy Martyr Peter's rector, Fr. Phillip Eriksson, celebrated Great Vespers beginning in the old building, processing two blocks to the new building. Following the conclusion of Vespers, Rev. Brian Way of the Anglican parish of St. Mark and St. Philip welcomed the Orthodox parish to their new home. Concelebrating were Fr. George Dahdouh of the Antiochian Church of the Annunciation, Fr. Peter Rougas of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, and Holy Martyr Peter clergy Fr. Kyle Parrott and Dn. Kevin Wigglesworth. Attending the service were several clergy and pastors from throughout the community of Marda Loop.
