Although there was a heavy snow storm we received Archbishop Irénée with joy and thanksgiving at Holy Resurrection Sobor, where Father Juan Pablo Ruiz Gomar is Rector, on Sunday of the Holy Myrrhbearers, April 26 2015.

In spite of the weather, the parish faithful and Father Daniel Guenther with Priest Leonard Herrem were in attendance along with family members of Protodeacon Jesse as well as parishioners from St. Vincent of Lerins Orthodox Church in Saskatoon and All Saints Orthodox Church in Meadow Lake SK.

Priest Leonard Herrem was awarded the Kamilavka and Deacon Jesse was elevated to Protodeacon by His Eminence Irénée!
