Early Registration Deadline Extended

Dear Parishes of the Archdiocese of Canada,

Thank you to all that have already registered to for the up-coming Canadian Archdiocesan Assembly of the OCA.  We appreciate your prompt response and eagerly anticipate your presence in Victoria, BC from July 26th to 30th, 2010.

Good news for those who have not yet registered:  The reduced-rate registration deadline has been extended to March 15, 2010! 

In the event that Parishes have not yet elected delegates, Parishes may register the number of delegates they intend to send without names, and still receive the discount.

Please indicate this in the (required) name fields of the online registration form as:

First Name: Delegate
Last Name: One
and
First Name: Delegate
Last Name: Two

and forward the full delegate information as soon as it is available. (The address fields can be populated with the parish address.)

Also, if your Parish has not received a Parish Package in the mail, please contact us immediately with your current mailing address and we will mail the package to you.  All information in the packages can also be accessed and printed from www.OrthodoxAssembly.ca  

Please spread the word about the Assembly, keep it in your prayers, and visit the website for important information on accommodations, WestJet group discount, the Assembly schedule, Youth info and more!
