As the Archbishop of the Canadian Orthodox Church, I would like to welcome you to the Web-site of the Archdiocese of Canada, of The Orthodox Church in America.

It is our desire to provide our guests with contact information for our various communities across Canada, and as well to provide information about our history and purpose, and also to provide useful tools for living the Christian life. Living this life in Christ is rooted in the Incarnation. We are providing articles, and essays to help us live this out. We are providing copies of our regular Orthodox Messenger. We are offering Current Events, and Historical articles. We are trying to provide as much in possible in several languages, also, in order to meet the needs of as many as possible. Canada is poly-ethnic, and so is the Canadian Orthodox Church. Christ is for all. The Orthodox Faith is for all.

May the self-emptying Love of God, which brought about this work of love for us, encourage, strengthen and nurture you all.
