Les grandes vêpres avec la bénédiction des pains ont été célébrées à Narol, au Manitoba, à l'occasion de la fête de saint Nicolas, bien-aimé patron de l'église et du cimetière.

La paroisse a été bénie d'avoir le père Nicholas Tambakis (église orthodoxe grecque Saint-Démétrios) pour célébrer la vie de ce saint béni avec les fidèles de la grande communauté orthodoxe de Winnipeg.

Great Vespers with the blessing of loaves was celebrated in Narol, Manitoba, for the feast of St Nicholas, beloved patron of the church and cemetery.

The parish was blessed to have Fr Nicholas Tambakis (St Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church) serve with them and to celebrate the life of this blessed saint with the faithful from the greater Orthodox community of Winnipeg.

By the prayers of St Nicholas may we all strive to serve the Lord and our neighbour with the same love and humility! Most Holy Nicholas, pray to God for us.

Monseigneur Irénée a effectué une visite hiérarchique à l'occasion du 40^e anniversaire de l'Église du Signe-de-la-Théotokos, Montréal. Le père John Tkachuk, le père Cyprian Hutcheon, le père Gregory Nimijean, le père Anatoliy Melnyk, le père Stelian Liabotis, l'archimandrite Marc et le diacre Anthony Monsour étaient présents à la cérémonie.
